We choose only the best quality merchandise and shells to ship to you. If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please contact us and we will make it right.

How to Order:
You can easily and securely order online by adding items to your shopping cart buy clicking on the “add to cart” button.   When you are finished shopping, you can continue your order online by “checking out” with payment, billing and shipping information. Track Your Order:
Be sure to include your email on checkout and your tracking info will automatically be sent to you.

Returns:
If you are unhappy with your order, please send back the intact items within 7 days and we will issue a refund for the returned items. Refund does not include original or return shipping charges.

Breakage - If any of your items are damaged in transit, save the original packing and call us immediately. We will have the damaged items picked up and have replacements shipped to you.

Out of stock Items - If the item you are ordering is out of stock and we cannot ship it for several weeks, we will contact you to see if you still want it.

Wholesale information:
We do wholesale to qualified resellers.  A valid sellers permit and a federal tax id # are required. For the general public we have added wholesale quantity discounts to many of our items as we know many of you buy in bulk for your school, church, wedding, or other parties.
